Spectravideo Users Group of Tasmania 1.03
Published December 1983, issue 3 gives us lots interesting articles, including one of the 1st publications of a listing by close friend Geoff Dickson who graciously donated me his SVI-738 Express recently so I could make one working machine out of two (see Spectravideo X'Press Lives).
There is also a Z80 Dissassembler written in Basic and sadly a review by me of one of my own games 'Rescue', later called 'Lunar Rescue'. So going through these magazines, this places me starting writing software during 1983. Sounds about right, I remember getting the advanced brochures for the Spectravideo SVI-318 early in the year (my 1st year of college). I started out with a 2nd hand TI-99/4 computer, which Geoff and I spent hours programming, so we both warmed to the idea of the SVI-318 machine with the same graphics processor, more memory and powerful Basic.
